How to return a product purchased online:
Items bought from our online store can be returned by post to Farmgate Equine. Contact our Farmgate Esperance customer service team to arrange return or exchange shipping. Provide your name, phone number, product name, and reason for return.
Responsibility for return costs:
Farmgate Equine covers delivery charges for returns related to consumer guarantee failures under the Australian Consumer Law. These returns must use the recommended shipping method discussed with a Farmgate Equine Online customer service team member. Return delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. We also refund the original delivery cost and cover the delivery of replacement items.
In instances where Farmgate Equine’s error, such as a picking error resulting in incorrect goods, is the cause of the return, we will cover the associated shipping costs.
